Check periodically that the air speed value in the Painting Area does not fall below the value established by the Painting Cabin manufacturer or required by the Control Authorities.
Check with the appropriate Air Currents Indicator ICA001 that the air flow in the Painting Cabin is uniform and that no vortexes are formed that could damage the operator and/or the quality of the finished Product.
Replace the Filter when the Maximum Load Loss determined according to the above conditions is reached or, in case of Installation of a Flow Meter, when the Flow Rate falls below the minimum limit.
Periodically check the back of the Painting Cabin.
Ejector ducts and fans and clean any Overspray deposits.
With paints that can give self-combustion or with different Painting Products that can give self-combustion, prepare safety procedures following the prescriptions of the Painting Product manufacturer.
